With a remarkable track record of successful project management, Hamish has led engineering design teams on numerous large-scale ventures. His strengths lie in client advocacy, team leadership, engineering design, infrastructure assessment, master-planning, and project management. His vast experience ensures exceptional results and unwavering dedication to delivering high-quality construction projects.

As the Director of our organization, Trent Gouguard brings extensive expertise in specialties like Superintendence, Commissioning, and Post-occupancy management. With a wealth of experience, Trent provides crucial engineering service advice and consultation to both the public and private sector, working closely with local and Commonwealth government agencies. His valuable contributions ensure efficient and effective project outcomes.

Jay is a Director of BMM and has over 20 years’ experience in the electrical engineering, technology and the building services sector, with a valuable mix of skills in design, construction, advisory and multidisciplinary services project management, and delivery. Jay is committed to quality engineering outcomes, aligning with BMM’s values, and enjoys collaboration with clients, end users and stakeholders. Jay’s strengths include understanding client’s requirements to ensure business continuity and health and safety measures, design peer review, technical expertise, value management, and understanding project lifecycle.

Imran Arain, our dedicated finance and office manager. With over 15 years of extensive finance experience across diverse industries, Imran brings valuable expertise to our team. In his senior support role, Imran delivers precise and timely financial analysis, expert project cashflow review, and optimizing our overall financial performance.

Matthew brings over a decade of diverse client service experience. Matthew excels in providing exceptional customer service, managing complex schedules, and maintaining confidential records. His background in diverse customer facing environments has honed his ability to handle pressure with grace and professionalism. Matthew’s dedication to excellence ensures that he consistently meets and exceeds expectations, making him an asset to any team.

Ramon Canale, an experienced engineer with 20 years’ experience in diverse industries, leads teams to deliver major projects in Australia. Specializing in power, lighting, communications, security engineering, and more, Ramon holds an MBA in Technology Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics. He ensures quality solutions for clients in Defence, airports, hotels, and government buildings with innovative and effective engineering solutions.

With 30 years of invaluable experience in the field of ICT & Security as a specialist services consultant, John Kan stands out as an exceptional Director on our team. His expertise extends to various market sectors, including Defence, Mission Critical Data Centres, and Commercial developments. John brings a wealth of knowledge and a proactive approach to deliver outstanding results in his role.

John Ryan is a building services manager with a master's degree in engineering and over 10 years of experience. He is known for consistently delivering excellent results and has extensive project management skills across different sectors, including health, education, commercial, arts, and sports facilities.

Julian Spoor is a highly experienced Building Services Manager with a strong background in commercial construction and engineering. With 20 years of industry expertise, he possesses a broad range of skills related to mechanical services projects. These include Design Engineering, Project Management, Estimating, Construction, Value Engineering, Commissioning, Maintenance, and Building Tuning. Julian is committed to delivering excellent results on every project he handles.

Jonathan de Puit is an accomplished project manager with a diverse background in complex construction projects across university, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors. With experience as a design manager, project director, national construction manager, and consulting laboratory expert, he excels in navigating technical challenges and engaging stakeholders. Jonathan's expertise lies in delivering projects involving research buildings, complex installations.

Liwei He is a project engineer at BMM. He has a master of engineering in mechatronics from the Australian National University. Since joining us in July 2021, Liwei has shown adaptability and made valuable contributions to our projects with innovative ideas and strong problem-solving skills.

Shaun Gooneratne is a project engineer with a specialization in mechanical engineering. He has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and a strong background in manufacturing. Shaun's expertise lies in equipment design, modeling, and mechanical services, making him an asset to our team. He’s prioritizing quality assurance to ensure successful project execution.

Steven Don is our Building Services Manager, with 25 years of experience in the building services consulting industry. Wilson Ly is a highly skilled building services manager with extensive experience as a building services engineering consultant. Dian Wen holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New South Wales and has over four years of experience in building services consulting. She has contributed to a diverse range of projects, including commercial, residential, aged care, education, and mixed-use developments. Dian is known for her proactive approach, strong coordination skills, and attention to detail. Her strengths include HVAC system design, concept development, stakeholder coordination, cost planning, and smooth project delivery through to handover.

Justin Scholz is a Senior Mechanical Engineer, with 25 years of experience in the building services industry with extensive major project experience as lead design engineer and commissioning management. He has a passion for energy efficiency, commissioning, tuning and building performance maintenance over the asset's lifecycle and has built a reputation of delivering optimised, low-cost energy efficient solutions for his clients in the construction and property management sectors.
