As the Director of our organization, Trent Gouguard brings extensive expertise in specialties like Superintendence, Commissioning, and Post-occupancy management. With a wealth of experience, Trent provides crucial engineering service advice and consultation to both the public and private sector, working closely with local and Commonwealth government agencies. His valuable contributions ensure efficient and effective project outcomes.

Jay is a Director of BMM and has over 18 years’ experience in the electrical engineering, technology and the building services sector, with a valuable mix of skills in design, construction, advisory and multidisciplinary services project management, and delivery. Jay is committed to quality engineering outcomes, aligning with BMM’s values, and enjoys collaboration with clients, end users and stakeholders. Jay’s strengths include understanding client’s requirements to ensure business continuity and health and safety measures, design peer review, technical expertise, value management, and understanding project lifecycle.

With 28 years of invaluable experience in the field of ICT & Security as a specialist services consultant, John Kan stands out as an exceptional Director on our team. His expertise extends to various market sectors, including Defence, Mission Critical Data Centres, and Commercial developments. John brings a wealth of knowledge and a proactive approach to deliver outstanding results in his role.

Bou Waterhouse, our seasoned senior security consultant, brings over two decades of expertise in the industry. With an extensive understanding of the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and Defence Security Principles Framework (DSPF), Bou’s unwavering dedication to professional growth ensures cutting-edge knowledge. Specializing in electronic security systems, such as access control, surveillance, and intruder detection, Bou guarantees robust asset protection and a secure environment for your organization.

Conor Murray is a project engineer with experience in the pharmaceutical, data center, and construction industry. He has worked on large-scale new build projects and managed mission-critical facilities for prominent organizations. With expertise in project initiation, stakeholder management, and cost control, Conor consistently delivers successful outcomes. He brings valuable experience from his previous role at an engineering consultancy specializing in mission-critical, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical projects.

Dhilmendra Singh is a building service manager with 15 years of engineering and client consulting experience. He specializes in technically demanding projects, including data centers, laboratories, health facilities, and galleries. Dhilmendra has worked at HVAC Qld and held various roles at NDY, WSP, and Services 4 Buildings, gaining a comprehensive understanding of project design and delivery processes.

Imran Arain, our dedicated finance and office manager. With over 15 years of extensive finance experience across diverse industries, Imran brings valuable expertise to our team. In his senior support role, Imran delivers precise and timely financial analysis, expert project cashflow review, and optimizing our overall financial performance.

John Ryan is a building services manager with a master's degree in engineering and over 10 years of experience. He is known for consistently delivering excellent results and has extensive project management skills across different sectors, including health, education, commercial, arts, and sports facilities.

Jonathan de Puit is an accomplished project manager with a diverse background in complex construction projects across university, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors. With experience as a design manager, project director, national construction manager, and consulting laboratory expert, he excels in navigating technical challenges and engaging stakeholders. Jonathan's expertise lies in delivering projects involving research buildings, complex installations.

Julian Spoor is a highly experienced Building Services Manager with a strong background in commercial construction and engineering. With 20 years of industry expertise, he possesses a broad range of skills related to mechanical services projects. These include Design Engineering, Project Management, Estimating, Construction, Value Engineering, Commissioning, Maintenance, and Building Tuning. Julian is committed to delivering excellent results on every project he handles.

Krish Chammala is a senior security consultant at BMM with 16 years of experience in ICT and security. He specializes in meeting client requirements and providing end-to-end consulting services, from project inception to operational readiness. Krish's expertise spans sectors like aviation, critical infrastructure, defense, commonwealth, transport, and mission critical. He is integrating Operational Technology systems into security designs and ensures systems are secured to the highest safety and compliance standards locally and internationally.

Liwei He is a project engineer at BMM. He has a master of engineering in mechatronics from the Australian National University. Since joining us in July 2021, Liwei has shown adaptability and made valuable contributions to our projects with innovative ideas and strong problem-solving skills.

Ramon Canale, an experienced engineer with 20 years’ experience in diverse industries, leads teams to deliver major projects in Australia. Specializing in power, lighting, communications, security engineering, and more, Ramon holds an MBA in Technology Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics. He ensures quality solutions for clients in Defence, airports, hotels, and government buildings with innovative and effective engineering solutions.

Shaun Gooneratne is a project engineer with a specialization in mechanical engineering. He has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and a strong background in manufacturing. Shaun's expertise lies in equipment design, modeling, and mechanical services, making him an asset to our team. He’s prioritizing quality assurance to ensure successful project execution.

Steven Don is our Building Services Manager, with 25 years of experience in the building services consulting industry. He specializes in electrical services projects and has a proven track record of successfully leading multidisciplinary projects. Wilson Ly is a highly skilled building services manager with extensive experience as a building services engineering consultant.
